Marketplace advertising terms

Important information for sellers and buyers

Advertising service only

Game Gear Revival provides advertising space. Unless expressly named as the seller, we are not a party to the sale and do not take possession of, inspect, authenticate or warranty advertised items.

Seller responsibility

The seller is responsible for ownership, accurate descriptions, photographs, pricing, legality, product safety, taxes, payment, packing, shipping, returns, warranties and buyer communications.

Approval and removal

Submissions may be accepted, declined, edited for clarity or removed. Counterfeit, stolen, misleading, hazardous or unrelated products are prohibited. Paying an invoice does not prevent removal for a rule violation.

Fees and duration

Listing fees are due after approval and before publication. The advertised period begins on publication. Fees are non-refundable once published, except where Game Gear Revival removes a compliant advert without cause.

Transactions and disputes

Buyers and sellers deal directly with each other or through the linked selling platform. Game Gear Revival does not process product payments, arrange delivery, issue refunds or decide transaction disputes.

Buyer checks

Buyers must review the seller, condition, compatibility, shipping, return policy and payment protection before purchasing. An approved advert is not an endorsement or guarantee of the item or seller.
